I am a classical singer and have been working as a performer and a teacher since graduating from the University of Reading with a BA in Music in 1998. I went on to develop my voice with a fantastic teacher and stellar international soprano, Alison Pearce. Working with her I built up a repertoire that spans from Baroque to Broadway. I also hold a Diploma in Operatic Performance from the University of London.

I am a lyric mezzo-soprano with a wide repertoire of music to draw from for my concerts. I have performed in the UK, the Netherlands, Italy and my native Switzerland, in opera, oratorio and recitals.

I am becoming more and more interested in developing themed recitals, especially with reference to WAM. I enjoy the process of finding and selecting the music to illustrate the theme, and putting together programmes that make new connections in the mind of the listener.

I am available to appear in oratorios and recitals as a soloist.

My wonderful accompanist on the recordings above is Dr Briony Cox-Williams, pianist, gender theorist and postgraduate tutor at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
